The Role
You will be responsible for the commercial management of fit‑out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging in value from £500k to £10m. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in managing project finances, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining quality and programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibility from project inception through to final account

- Preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting
