An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Design Coordinator to join its team based in Mayfair. Specialising in the delivery of prestigious, high-end construction projects across London, this business has built an excellent reputation for quality, attention to detail and delivering exceptional schemes. The Role
Working closely with the Design Manager, Project Managers and Site Teams, you will coordinate the design process across multiple projects, ensuring information is delivered accurately, on programme and in line with project requirements. You will act as the link between consultants, subcontractors and the delivery team, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design information from pre-construction through to project completion.
- Manage the flow of drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and client teams.
- Review design information for buildability, coordination and compliance.
- Monitor design programmes.
