The Site Agent role is for a Site Agent looking to work with a leading force in civil engineering and infrastructure. This contractor is looking to bolster their team with the addition of a Site Agent following a period of growth and several high-profile project wins.

The business is expanding its delivery of projects across the Midlands region and has an opening for a Site Agent to join their team. As a Site Agent, you will be working with the Project Delivery team on varying projects centred around water infrastructure for Severn Trent's AMP8 rollout of works in the East Midlands region.
As a Site Agent, you will see projects from contract award through to completion, achieving acceptable financial outcomes while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental policies. You will report to a Contracts Manager or Project Manager, depending on the value and complexity of the project.
Roles and responsibilities of the Site Agent:
- Allocation of resource and management of Site staff.
- Ensuring safe systems of work and the Company Safety Policy are practised.
- Enforcement and monitoring of the Division’s Quality Assurance and Environmental systems.
- Management of projects/contracts.
- Communication at all levels regarding progress of projects.
- Line management/supervision for Sub Agents.
