PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Demolition Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis.
This role will be working across Demolition Projects across the West Midlands and Nationwide.
Demolition Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities Evaluating the site and structure to determine the best demolition approach, including identifying potential hazards and environmental concerns.
Developing comprehensive safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities Developing and implementing plans for the safe and efficient removal and disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
Creating and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
