I am working alongside a leading Demolition Contractor who are set to deliver a large project in Port Talbot. They require someone with Demolition experience and knowledge with a proven track record in demolition management.
The suitable candidate needs:
- Good knowledge of asbestos regulations
- Understanding of asbestos surveys and the requirements to control asbestos works
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and general computer skills
- Capability to prioritise workload
- Ability to write method statements and risk assessments
- Good understanding of HS&E requirements
- Strong man management skills
- Good financial management skills
- Ability to liaise with the client at site level
