Customer Service Operative / Multi Trade Operative PSR Solutions are currently assisting an award-winning residential developer in their search for a Customer Service Operative. This opportunity is working on developments in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. The Customer Service Operative is responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks during the warranty period and maintaining a 5-star customer service. Job role: Customer Service Operative / Multi Trade Operative Location: Wiltshire & surrounding areas Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 (dependant on experience) + van & fuel card Customer Service Operative Responsibilities: Ensuring maintenance works are completed to the highest standard. Liaising with Customer Service Coordinator\’s to update status of works. To complete stock unit inspections. Customer Service Operative Skills/Experience: Proven experience in a similar role for a residential developer. Excellent communication skills.
