PSR Solutions are partnering with a progressive care provider to recruit a high-calibre Operations Manager to support continued growth across the South of England, with a key focus on Swindon. This is a senior leadership role for someone who leads from the front, owns outcomes and drives high standards. You’ll be accountable for operational performance, compliance, quality of care and financial delivery across a portfolio of homes. Providing visible, hands-on leadership, you’ll mentor Home Managers, challenge underperformance and embed consistent, sustainable improvement. Commercially aware and confident, you’ll play a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with the organisation’s vision and values. This is a superb opportunity for an Operations Manager ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
