Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics Projects Freelance & Permanent Opportunities | Crawley | January Starts PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Project Managers to work on a number of upcoming industrial and logistics projects across the UK, starting in January. Projects range from £5m upwards, with durations of approximately 6 months+, involving warehouse refurbishments, mezzanine floor installations and structural alterations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Manage site teams, subcontractors and project programmes. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Coordinate procurement, resources and subcontractor activities. Monitor project progress, costs and potential risks. Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management, providing regular project updates. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry. Previous experience delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse or large-scale refurbishment projects. Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams. Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work away from home when required, particularly for permanent positions.
