My client is seeking a Contracts Manager for their London fire protection division. The organisation is a leading contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality work across the Capital on both Commercial & Residential developments.
You will ensure the completion of contracts to the full satisfaction of the customer within the programmed time and represent the company in dealing with customers or their agents, professional staff and supply chain contractors.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package (dependant on experience)
Location: London (mixture of site and office based)
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
