My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the South East. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time, circa £2m in value) site based with other days based from home or office. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality internal and refurbishment schemes including fit-out and M&E works ranging from a few £100k to £2M in value.
The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:
- All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets.
- Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.
Ideal candidate:
- Internal/ M&E build background
- Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
- Proactive approach & Forward thinker
- SMSTS minimum
- CSCS card
