The Candidate

Candidates should be able to demonstrate successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects and have a strong reputation for managing programmes, subcontractors, quality, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations on CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
- Driving project programmes and key milestones
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality
- Managing site logistics within Central London environments
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Overseeing project delivery through to completion and handover
Requirements
- Strong track record delivering CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager with a recognised fit-out contractor
- Demonstrable longevity in previous positions
- Experience managing projects within occupied buildings and live environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
