Key Responsibilities
- Cost Management: Assist with financial tracking, cost reporting, and preparing monthly valuations.
- Subcontractor Management: Help manage subcontractor accounts, verify payment applications, and process variations.
- Procurement Support: Assist in compiling tender packages and analysing incoming sub-contractor quotes.
- Site Measurements: Carry out take-offs and site measurements to ensure accurate project costing.
