What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing Project Engineers and local delivery teams
- Managing project resources and construction delivery to agreed programme and budget
- Assuring the effective transition of information from Principal Designer to construction teams
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with scheme deliverables and Anglian Water standards
- Holding local responsibility for programme delivery and Health & Safety compliance
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, environmental legislation and company policies
- Maintaining high-quality installation standards, ensuring ITPs are in place and followed
- Managing stakeholder, customer and contractor relationships
What You’ll Bring
- Operational water industry experience
- Proven contract management skills
- Experience managing operational resources in a construction environment
- Water industry construction experience
- NEBOSH or SMSTS qualification
- Experience working under CDM regulations
- Alliancing experience
- Strong planning and resource scheduling knowledge
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
