Skills / Qualifications:
- NMC-registered nurse with valid PIN and team coordination and leadership qualities
- Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care - desirable
- Recent and significant experience in a similar care setting, including an awareness of conditions affecting older people, including dementia, physical, and sensory disabilities
- Proven ability to manage and lead an effective team
- Understanding of key legislation, including The Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and Adult Safeguarding
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to supervise teams effectively and crisis-handling abilities
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
