We're recruiting on behalf of a main contractor within their fit out division, with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out, refurbishment and workplace transformation projects across both the public and private sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative pre-construction team working on a varied portfolio of projects, from occupied refurbishments and CAT A/CAT B office fit-outs to education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and public sector environments, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £100m.
Estimator role & Responsibilities- Reviewing tender documents to identify scope, risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Producing competitive pricing for design & build, refurbishment and interior fit-out projects.
- Obtaining and analysing quotations from subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Building strong relationships with trusted subcontractors and suppliers to ensure robust pricing.
- Participating in post-tender negotiations and seamless project handovers to delivery teams.
- Worked for a main contractor within construction or fit out for either a tier 1 or tier 2 business.
