Our client specialises in environmentally sustainable landscaping & External Works solutions for major commercial build projects within central London, utilising revolutionary innovations in eco-construction.
They are currently recruiting for either an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or experienced AQS looking to step up, with previous External Works / Landscaping experience.
Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:
- Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages, through to Final Accounts.
- Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
- Responsible for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR's.
- Attending client and project progress meetings.
Quantity Surveyor requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
- Circa 5+ years' construction industry experience, with previous landscaping / External Works experience.
- Experience of commercially managing projects through to Final Accounts.
- Able to undertake accurate take-off's and remeasurements for landscaping & external works.
