Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
  • Driving project programmes and key milestones
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality
  • Managing site logistics within Central London environments
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Overseeing project delivery through to completion and handover

Requirements

  • Strong track record delivering CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager with a recognised fit-out contractor
  • Demonstrable longevity in previous positions
  • Experience managing projects within occupied buildings and live environments is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
