A highly regarded medium-sized residential care home in the Carnoustie area is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and continue driving exceptional standards of person-centred care. The home provides high-quality residential and respite care within a warm, therapeutic, and homely environment. What we're looking for in a Residential Home Manager:
- Experienced Residential Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up, with a strong understanding of regulated care services
- Thorough knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance frameworks
- Experience supporting older people and/or adults with complex care needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to support budgets, occupancy management, audits, and compliance systems
- Committed to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for residents
- Confident, compassionate, and proactive in leading and developing a high-performing care team
