Job Description
A leading care provider in Liverpool is looking to recruit 2 Care Co-ordinators to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis. \\n\\nAbout the Care Coordinator role and what the client is offering:\\n\\nA competitive annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience. \\nA permanent, full-time contract\\nWorking 40 hours a week, shifts across Monday – Sunday 7am – 10pm\\nOccupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay\\nOccupational sick pay and death in service payment\\nAll the above subject to terms and conditionsAs a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
