Our client is an award winning, multifaceted construction organisation, delivering civil engineering and building projects as both a Specialist Contractor, Main and Principle Contractor. After successfully securing multiple projects in the Southwest & South Wales, they are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Lead to head up their new western regional business out of Bristol.
As the regional commercial lead, you will be commercially responsible for all regional projects, and working with the regional Director to further grow the business, secure new projects and build a regional commercial team.
Regional Commercial Lead requirements:- Extensive self-delivery experience, ideally working for a regional contractor on projects up to £20 million and above.
- Experience at managing, growing and developing regional or project commercial teams.
- Extensive cradle-to-grave experience, managing projects throughout the project lifecycle from ECI, pricing and tender submission, through to final accounts.
- Project experience will include delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, including Structures, Civils & groundworks, Demolition and Remediation.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar qualification and relevant experience, with Chartership an advantage.
- Excellent Stake Holder and client influencing skills.
