My client is seeking a Senior Design Manager to cover schemes in North Essex/ Cambridgeshire. The organisation is a main contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality schemes ranging from £5M - £50M.
As the Senior Design Manager, you would be overseeing schemes from pre-construction through to completion, working alongside the Project Manager on site and liaising with other project team members. Schemes are spread across multiple sectors including: Commercial, Education, Mixed-use, and Leisure projects.
