PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major civil engineering project based in Cambridge. This is a site-based role on a large infrastructure scheme, overseeing all aspects of health, safety and environmental compliance while working closely with the project team and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety/SHE Manager or Advisor role
- Strong background in civil engineering and groundworks
- Experience with RAMS, site audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations, LOLER, PUWER and current H&S legislation is beneficial
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project Scope:
- Heavy groundworks
- Bulk & deep excavations
- Drainage & service installations
- Concrete works
- Piling support works
- Dewatering
Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:30-17:30
Occasional Saturdays: currently 2 per month
