This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing planning operations across the Midlands region, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a large team of planners, driving performance and consistency across the region
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of project schedules across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with MOD framework requirements, policies, and procedures
