Office Manager required working on a long-term project in Northampton. This business is a fantastic local employer looking to add an Office Manager who has experience working on other construction or civil engineering projects. The role of the Office Manager is diverse and rewarding, you will be working with a fantastic and dedicated team delivering a multi-million Pound project which will enhance the local area vastly. Experience in construction is advantageous but not essential.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
- Welcome / co-ordinate / manage all visitors to site
- Site inductions and register
- Biosite access management
- Updating site safety notice board - insurances, F10, hospital routes etc.
- Ensuring cabin set up is correct - organising repairs etc.
- Meeting room schedules
- Meeting minutes
- Community board updates
- Co-ordination & recording of site hire equipment
- Method statements - briefing attendance / review sheet / register
- Permit support and allocation
The right Office Manager will have:
