PSR Solutions are working with a well-established national contractor to recruit a Major Works Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of planned and major works projects across the North Counties region. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects with a growing business. Due to the travel requirements of the role, candidates based around Luton and surrounding areas would be ideally located.
The Role
As a Major Works Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of major repairs, refurbishment and specialist works programmes, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will act as the key link between clients, residents, subcontractors and operational teams, ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
