We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a planned works programme (kitchens and bathrooms) across multiple sites.
Locations: Crawley & Maidstone
Base: Ideally Kent-based
Start Date: 20th April
The Role:
- Managing planned works schemes (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments)
- Overseeing site operations across multiple locations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Driving Licence
- DBS
- Proven experience delivering planned works / social housing projects
