National (Edinburgh and Leeds): £53,000 to £60,000 per annum. London: £59,200 to £67,000 per annum. Salary offered will be based on skills and experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Collate and analyse data from multiple sources, review firm business models and strategies, and identify how conduct risks could cause harm to consumers and/or markets.
- Review firms’ risk‑management frameworks, control environment, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and the products they manufacture and distribute, with a particular focus on financial crime.
- Prepare and deliver effective meetings with firms to advance the FCA’s key strategic and operational objectives.
- Develop direct supervision and mitigation strategies, set clear expectations, encourage and persuade firms, and use formal powers and tools where appropriate to change conduct behaviour and deliver better consumer outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of supervision strategies.
- Understand and apply FCA Principles and Handbook rules.
- Escalate issues appropriately, propose proportionate, outcome‑focused solutions to senior management and governing committees.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience of making timely risk‑based decisions with clear justification and implementing an appropriate strategy.
- Demonstrable experience of analysing complex data and intelligence from various sources.
- Prior experience of communicating clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
