This role is part of the Buy‑Side Supervision Directorate, focusing on the oversight of asset‑management and alternative investment firms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how major asset‑management firms operate, identifying consumer risk and shaping positive outcomes.
- Lead the creation and delivery of supervision strategies that empower firms to raise standards and improve consumer protection.
- Engage in senior‑level discussions with clarity and confidence, using sound judgement to influence firm conduct and key decisions.
- Respond to firm‑specific issues and industry developments, ensuring swift and effective action.
- Build strong, productive relationships with internal teams (e. g., Enforcement, Authorisations) and external stakeholders, including other regulators.
