The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking a Performance Reporting Lead Associate for a 12-month FTC to shape and deliver organisational performance reporting for ExCo and Board. You will lead a small team and drive reporting excellence across the organisation, using Tableau and FCA data lake to translate data into insights.

Role requires proven people management, strong data and performance reporting expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement across divisions to support executive.
