PSPA in Milton Keynes is seeking a Helpline Care Navigator to provide compassionate support to people affected by PSP & CBD. You will be the first contact, offering information by phone and email, and collaborate with health professionals to improve referral pathways in the West and South West regions.
The role includes a 35-hour week, some evenings/weekends, and a hybrid office/home arrangement with one day per week in the Milton Keynes office. 28 days leave plus bank holidays.
