We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional

Clinical Liaison Manager to become the operational link between our Clinical Service Director, patients, clinicians and healthcare partners.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining clinical coordination, diary management, theatre and clinic planning, patient liaison and administrative leadership.

Duties

  • Coordinating specialist outpatient clinics and theatre sessions.
  • Managing the Clinical Service Director's complex diary and clinical schedule.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for patients, families, referrers and clinical colleagues.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinics and surgical lists are fully prepared.
  • Booking venues, theatre facilities, travel and accommodation where required.
  • Preparing clinical documentation, patient correspondence and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting clinical governance processes.
  • Supporting audit, invoicing and month-end administrative activities.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Working closely with the wider administration team to continuously improve service delivery.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.
  • Experience coordinating clinics or theatre lists.
  • Knowledge of private healthcare services.
  • Understanding of clinical governance, infection prevention and safeguarding.
  • Experience supporting senior clinicians or consultants.
