Requirements

  • We are looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
  • We ideally want someone with experience delivering several of the following: digital transformation programmes, customer-facing platforms, CRM implementations, membership platforms, e-commerce solutions, data migration, systems integration, service redesign, business change, and legacy system replacement or modernisation.
  • We need excellent planning and programme management skills.
  • We need strong risk and dependency management skills.
  • We need someone with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
  • We need the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • We need outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • We need a structured, pragmatic approach with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than unnecessary process.
  • We are looking for someone who can operate in a complex environment involving business change, technical complexity, legacy systems, data migration, system integrations, and operational transformation.
  • We need someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on with day-to-day delivery.
  • We need someone who can commute to Spalding, Lincolnshire or relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

  • We will expect you to lead the day-to-day delivery of a large digital transformation programme.
  • We will expect you to own and maintain the overall programme plan across multiple workstreams.
  • We will expect you to coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • We will expect you to manage programme governance, including risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and RAID reporting.
  • We will expect you to produce clear and meaningful status reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • We will expect you to ensure workstreams remain aligned, dependencies are understood, and delivery milestones are achieved.
  • We will expect you to identify gaps, remove blockers, and proactively manage delivery risks.
  • We will expect you to facilitate programme meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
  • We will expect you to ensure business readiness, operational impacts, and change activities are considered throughout delivery.
