Landscape Operative

Our client is currently recruiting for an experiences Landscape Operative covering Oxfordshire, and this encompasses the maintenance agreements on completion of the sites. We also carry out maintenance to a number of commercial schemes. This is to complete a large garden project for the National Trust.\\n\\nYour responsibilities, skills and experience:-\\n\\n * Minimum 12 months experience\\n\\n * A broad range of landscaping skills\\n\\n * PA1 & PA6 Certificate\\n\\n * You will need a driving license to be considered for this position\\n\\n * General organisation of day to day operations.\\n\\n * Physically fit and dexterous.\\n\\n * Ability to operate the appropriate tools and equipment.\\n\\n * Capacity to fulfil your duties independently and on time.\\n\\n * Good communication skills to liaise with site staff and our clients’ representatives.\\n\\n * Have a tidy way of working, and all work must be carried out to a high standard.\\n\\n * Ensuring works are carried out on time and signed off once completed.\\n\\nKey Information and Benefits\\n\\nPermanent opportunity to work for an established landscaping, fencing & maintenance business.\\n\\n * PAYE\\n\\n * 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays\\n\\n * Vehicle provided (no personal use)\\n\\n * Tools provided\\n\\n * Performance related bonus\\n\\n * Overtime\\n\\n * Excellent opportunities for career progressions, development, and training\\n\\n * Monday – Friday 40 hours per week\\n\\n * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
