Job Description
PSM Recruitment is looking for an Experienced Negotiator
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating offers and securing the best possible price for clients.
- Managing sales progression from offer through to completion
- Handling day-to-day vendor and buyer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors.
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and generating new business opportunities.
- Registering and qualifying buyers and matching them to suitable properties.
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the smooth running of the office.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other professional contacts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- The ability to manage the day-to-day sales process, negotiate offers and provide a high level of service to vendors and buyers.
- Proven estate agency experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A strong knowledge of the local property market
- Previous residential estate agency experience, particularly in sales negotiation and progression.
- Full driving license required.
