PSM Recruitment are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Secretary to join an Estate Agency based in Dover, to work for the Chartered Surveyor and Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality audio typing support, transcribing correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
- Create and manipulate templates in Microsoft Word, Excel and MRI Qube to support professional documentation needs.
- Manage and maintain the diary of the Chartered Building Surveyor, scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Assist the Block Management Department with secretarial and administrative tasks as required.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all documentation is prepared and formatted to a high standard in line with company policies and procedures.
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in template creation and document formatting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within the property or surveying sector is advantageous but not essential.
