PSM Recruitment is looking for an experienced and committed Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements, relevant legislation and company policies, whilst maintaining a safe, effective and person-centred environment for both service users and staff. This is a hands-on management role, with responsibility for leading the care team, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
- Ensure systems, processes and practices meet CQC Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action where required.
