PSM Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for our client, a well-established and highly regarded property business, to join their busy Ashford office. Working with a diverse portfolio of quality properties across Kent, including beautiful countryside homes and rural lettings, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing applicant enquiries and property viewings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating lettings and progressing tenancies
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
- Supporting colleagues across the wider branch network when required
- Managing tenancies from offer through to move-in
- Generating new business opportunities
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Professional, organised and customer-focused approach
