We are seeking a Charity Fundraising Expert/Team Lead to drive the growth of PSJ UK’s fundraising initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team in creating and executing innovative fundraising strategies, securing essential resources to sustain and expand our mission.
This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders to establish long-term fundraising goals and strengthen PSJ UK’s impact.

What will you be doing?
- Fundraising Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support PSJ UK’s mission, identifying new income streams and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and motivate the fundraising team, ensuring clear direction and professional development.
- Donor Relations & Stewardship: Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and key stakeholders, ensuring donor engagement and long-term support.
- Campaign & Event Management: Design and lead fundraising campaigns, including events and digital campaigns, to raise funds and increase awareness of PSJ UK’s work.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate partnerships with external organisations, securing sponsorships, grants, and strategic collaborations.
- Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee the tracking of fundraising income and expenditure, ensuring financial transparency and accountability. Provide regular updates to the Board of Trustees.
- Research & Analysis: Keep abreast of sector trends and opportunities, providing insights to inform fundraising tactics.
