- Primary Point of Contact: Acting as the main liaison for high-profile or complex clients including groups, subsidiaries of overseas companies, and charities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
- Portfolio Management: Managing a portfolio of diverse clients, which may include SMEs or large multi-entity organizations.
- Consultative Advice: Providing proactive financial consultancy and advisory services, such as tax planning, M&A support, and restructuring advice.
- Technical Oversight and Review
- Reviewing and Planning Audit Work: Reviewing complex statutory financial statements, tax returns (corporate, VAT, personal), and audit files prepared by junior staff or managers.
- Technical Authority: Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) on complex accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP) and tax regulations, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
