Not content with pioneering the Self-Storage industry, they also launched Document & Data Management which specialises in bespoke document and data storage. This is a truly brilliant business to join and a very exciting part of their lifecycle. Our client likes to do things slightly different; they are fast paced but have a lot of fun! Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their busy warehouse and managing a team of employees, including drivers and warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse and logistics processes. Manage the team, conducting 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and monitoring performance. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries, collections, and accurate inventory management.
