The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologists to join our independent clinician network to undertake ADOS assessments for our rapidly expanding Children's assessment services. There are many opportunities for qualified Clinical Psychologists wishing to work on flexible case loads.
All Psicon associate ADOS clinicians will need to hold HCPC registration and can be from any of the following clinical backgrounds – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Educational Psychologist.
Responsibilities- Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
- Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff.
- Producing high quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.
- A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
- Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.
- Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
- Experienced and confident in all ADOS modules including Bosa.
- Face to face Assessments to be completed in our Canterbury clinic.
- Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week.
- Good communication skills and level of IT literacy.
- An interest to advance professionally as evidenced by attendance and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and/or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.
- Flexible working hours, with availability 7 days a week to suit your lifestyle (subject to the Working Time Directive).
- Competitive per assessment rates, outside IR35.
- Regular supervision and opportunities to enhance your assessment skills.
- Training opportunities such as Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings, ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and/or other CPD.
