We are seeking dedicated ADOS clinicians who share our core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
- Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff.
- Produce high quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For
- A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
- Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.
- Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
- Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including Bosa.
- Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week in our Basingstoke Clinic.
- Good communication skills and level of IT literacy.
- An interest to advance professionally as evidenced by attendance, and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and/or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.
