We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, customer-facing role and an important part of the day-to-day running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role involves:
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
- Speaking to customers about their enquiries and jobs
- Pricing up work
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Taking payments
- Helping with general office administration
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, friendly and approachable with customers, and organised in their work. You will need to be comfortable using a computer and basic office systems, and able to manage a few different tasks at once. Previous office or customer service experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Experience working in the motor trade, or a good working knowledge of motor vehicles and parts, would be a strong advantage.
Holiday entitlement and pension can be discussed depending on experience.
