Finance Controller - duties include:
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow and working capital management; this will include presenting to the CFO and the senior exec team.
- Preparation of, and commentary on, monthly management accounts.
- Ownership of balance sheet & all reconciliation.
- Ownership of the reporting to the company parent on a bi-annual basis as part of their consolidation.
- Assisting the Company tax advisor as required, particularly with regard to preparing the annual R&D Tax Credits claim.
- Year-end audit planning / general auditor relationship management.
- Key contact & lead for internal stock takes.
- Build team to support growth of the business e.g. AR / credit control, AP, export management and documentation requirements.
Finance Controller requirements:
- Recognised Accountancy qualification – newly qualified / 1-2 years PQE.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Must be able to present financial reports to senior management teams.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
