Responsibilities include:
- Effectively lead maintenance teams by performing managerial duties and providing guidance to colleagues through proficient people management and mentoring.
- Guarantee efficient allocation of resources for maintenance tasks according to the contract scope.
- Supervise contractor invoicing in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
- Administer and achieve the departmental success targets for the maintenance team, suggesting strategies for continual enhancement.
- Supervise necessary maintenance inspections and ensure accurate generation of client reports.
- Foster relationships by overseeing the management and evaluation of delivery and client communication procedures.
- Supervise the quality, performance, and execution of all maintenance activities, ensuring the execution of high-quality work that is duly monitored.
- Contribute to broader operational success metrics, ensuring alignment with the maintenance function.
- Generate maintenance reports aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) for both customers and internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with wider operational and commercial teams to identify project opportunities arising from maintenance projects.
- Provide cost estimates for work as specified by clients.
- Maintain a balance between inspection, maintenance, and reactive capabilities while effectively scheduling project work.
