You will be responsible for admin tasks across several departments within the company. This role would suit a responsible person who enjoys variety in their job, wants to build a career and is dedicated to the mission of the company they work for. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast paced environment where teamwork is highly valued.

Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their CEO's attention
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the CEO
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO
- Organising events and conferences for the CEO
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for the CEO
- Managing databases and filing systems for the CEO
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems for the CEO
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients for the CEO
- Collating and filing expenses for the CEO
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tact and diplomacy
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software is required
