Responsibilities include:
- To propose, work on and contribute to projects related with the improvement of HSE using problem Solving Groups and Root Cause Analysis and 5s.
- To propose projects related with the improvement of Food safety, using problem Solving Groups and Root Cause Analysis and 5s.
- To assist the Quality team in the review/improvement of the Quality system procedures.
- To be a source of proposals improvement actions.
- Manage the site's UP approach (Master Plan, Road Map, Coop Up, etc.), and ensure coordination with central methods.
- Leading and participating in improvement projects (assisting project managers, etc.).
- Training, coaching mentoring operators/managers in Lean tools (theoretical and field training).
Desirables include:
- Lean six sigma.
- Food safety Lv3.
- Black Belt or Green Belt training preferred.
- Strong understanding of Change Management.
- Understanding of Basic Finance & Value Creation.
- Knowledge of key data systems (SAP/ MES/ Qubes).
Schedule – Monday to Friday.
