Our technical automotive client supply to the worlds top car manufacturers. We are looking for Technician to support the commissioning and final test of our clients Vulnerable Road User (VRU) vehicles. The VRU is an electric vehicle used in the development of driver assistance systems and automated driving. It relies on cutting edge technology with GPS guidance and high-capacity electric batteries.

What will you be doing?

  • Electrical and mechanical commissioning of each new build
  • Fault finding and servicing of existing products
  • Performing functional tests on various components such as motors, braking and suspension
  • Hardware installation and software programming
  • Preparing the finished product for shipping

What are we looking for?

  • Must be an experienced electrical or mechanical assembly technician
  • Critical thinker with a good understanding of engineering principles
  • Ability to work to deadlines

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday permanent days.
