About the Role: The General Manager – International is an executive leader responsible for leading all global lines of business across ETSS, with full profit and loss (P&L) ownership for international performance, growth, and strategic execution. This role owns the international operating model across markets, regions, products, customers, and delivery channels, ensuring each line of business contributes to sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, customer impact, and long-term market leadership.

This is a critical enterprise leadership position with direct accountability for international revenue, bookings, profitability, market expansion, operational execution, and organizational performance. The General Manager – International will partner closely with ETSS leadership, BU leaders, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and regional teams to align global strategy, prioritize investments, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and deliver consistent performance across all international lines of business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead all global lines of business across ETSS, with full ownership of international revenue, bookings, profitability, operating margin, cost discipline, and cash performance.
  • Set and execute the international growth strategy across regions, markets, customer segments, products, delivery models, and routes to market.
  • Establish annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, investment priorities, and performance targets that support enterprise goals and regional market realities.
  • Drive disciplined P&L management, including revenue acceleration, margin expansion, pricing discipline, cost optimization, and resource allocation across international businesses.
  • Align regional and line-of-business leaders around clear commercial priorities, execution plans, customer outcomes, and measurable performance expectations.
  • Build and deepen relationships with strategic customers, government agencies, institutions, channel partners, alliance partners, and market influencers across international markets.
  • Identify and prioritize market expansion opportunities, including new geographies, customer segments, product extensions, partnerships, acquisitions, and scalable delivery models.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to localize offerings, improve delivery performance, manage risk, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Ensure international operations meet high standards for compliance, data privacy, service quality, customer experience, operational resilience, and regulatory alignment.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global leadership team with strong accountability, succession planning, cross-market collaboration, and execution discipline.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial, general management, international business, regional leadership, or multi-line-of-business leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering full P&L performance, including revenue growth, bookings, margin expansion, cost management, and operational execution.
  • Experience leading international or global businesses across multiple regions, markets, products, customer segments, and delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of global go-to-market strategy, regional market dynamics, cross-border operations, pricing, channel strategy, partnerships, compliance, and customer delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams, align regional and functional leaders, and drive execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
  • Experience managing growth, transformation, integration, or scaling initiatives across complex international environments.
  • Preferred: MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent executive-level experience in global business leadership.
