Site Manager Modular Construction Projects Job Purpose: Site Manager is accountable for the successful commercial and contractual delivery of allocated modular construction project from contract start through to final handover and closeout. The role is client-facing, ensuring scope, programme, cost, quality, risk, documentation, commissioning readiness and logistics are managed. Key Responsibilities of the Role: * Assist and lead in the management of Site Safety in conjunction with the project team and the Safety management. * Play a lead role in the management of Site QA in conjunction with QA Manager. * Aid in the management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project team and Project manager. * Management of and tracking of all costs associated with Project including: Labour, Materials, Plant& Equipment, Variations, Valuations. * Support in the oversight of all day to day site operations. * Direct management of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering project team including alignment of all discipline leads to the benefit of project goals. * Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally. * Ensuring all Sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference. * All other duties associated with this role. Essential Criteria for the Role: * Electrical project experience is essential * Good strong working knowledge of CSA Construction process * 5+ years experience as a Site/Construction Manager on large on large MEP projects * Trade background or third level education in a relevant engineering/ construction background * Proven track record in coordinating and managing large scale projects * Data centre experience would be an advantage * Ability to work in the EU (EU citizen or already have work Visa) We are happy to consider long term contract or permanent position.
